The wonders of Spring is the amount of rain we have lately. Last week we had a week of sunshine and warmth.
This past week we have had clouds, rain and no sun.
It's okay because there is a reason for everything.
Perhaps the Summer will be a good one with no drought and with the week of sunshine
the farmers could plow their fields and plant their crops.
We finally were able to rotatil and I planted my 19 tomatoes, watermelon, cantelope, cucumbers, strawberries, onions and sunflowers.
This year we aren't planting corn cause if we go on vacation, we won't be around to enjoy it when it is ready.
My son is eager to start on 'his' vision of a small garden where he wants to reseed new grass and flowers to have his picnic area
This past Sunday, it was picnic in the park but it was chance of rain so we had it in the gym.
Friends since 2nd grade and now they are in 8th grade.
The rain brings the flowers
and at one of our friends (Rice) farm, a few flowers caught my eye including the dump rake.
Wishing for sun and by tomorrow we will have it
though I did see a few glimps of it today
May the rays of sunshine shine in your life
and give you the strength to give back to others

All great photos! But the orange poppy is really eye-catching.
